Federal Register Highlights
Published by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents. It is updated daily and published Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
The Maritime Exchange scans the Federal Register on a daily basis for items pertaining to the maritime trade industry and emails the summary to you. The summary includes a link to the full register notice on the Internet.

For non-members, the rate for the daily Federal Register Highlights is $20 per month, billed on a quarterly basis in advance of the service period. This entitles you to receive the highlights on a daily basis to one email address, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
