NOA/D On-Line
Your Gateway to the NVMC & CBP
NOA/D On-Line provides the shipping community with an automated tool to submit advanced vessel arrival and departure notices, including crew list information, to those federal agencies which require the information. Through a single and standardized web interface, filers can submit notices of arrival and departure to the U.S. Coast Guard National Vessel Movement Center (NVMC) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Ther system also tracks these notices electronically and provides the ability to respond to senders with confirmations and other necessary information.
Building upon previous submission methods, NOA/D On-Line provides a mechanism for vessels and their landside partners to submit the required notice of arrival and departure information in an XML format via a combination of MS Excel spreadsheet and web site review.
Vessels can transmit NOA/Ds via an Excel spreadsheet to their landside partner for submission to NOA/D On-Line. Once validated by the filer, the XML data is transmitted to the NVMC.
