Protecting Your Information

In a post 9/11 environment and in keeping with port security policies and procedures implemented by the Exchange in conjunction with local federal government agencies, all MOL subscribers must complete the following:

In order for any company to connect to Maritime On-Line, each individual from the company must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Exchange User License Agreement which displays upon their first login attempt. This prerequisite will help protect the proprietary and sensitive data in our system.

Company Profile Form

All Maritime On-Line subscribers and members of the Maritime Exchange who wish to receive or access to Maritime On-Line related data, including ship schedules and statistics, must provide a list of individuals from their companies who are authorized to receive information from the Exchange. The Company Profile form serves two purposes: 1) it provides the Exchange with the neccessary information to create login accounts to Maritime On-Line, and 2) it provides a list of individuals who are authorized to contact the Exchange via phone, fax or email for information.

As of November 1, 2003, in accordance with the Exchange's internal security policies, the Exchange will only provide Maritime On-Line information to individuals who have been properly registered.
