Maritime Operations Committee
The Maritime Operations Committee meets to discuss significant Federal and local regulatory issues relating to cargo coming to Delaware River ports. Representatives of key federal agencies, such as the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Food and Drug Administration, and Department of Agriculture are on hand to listen to industry concerns and provide critical updates.
